Boll, an experienced boxer, pulled no punches as he systematically dismantled and humiliated critics Richard "Lowtax" Kyanka of SomethingAwful.com, Jeffrey Sneider of Aintitcoolnews.com, Chris Alexander of horror magazine Rue Morgue, and 17-yr-old Chance Minter with his mother closely watching. Boll has over 30 years experience in the ring, and didn't hold back. He served up savage hooks, head shots, and body blows, easily winning all four fights. None of the competitors lasted more than 2 rounds and all the fights ended by KO or TKO. As Boll explained later at the press conference, "This was a real fight... if we had done like wrestling, no one would have respect." After the fights Richard "Lowtax" was the most bitter to have been Boll's punching bag. Jeff Sneider was throwing up and breathing oxygen from a mask. Chris Alexander had a newfound respect for Boll's ability to self-promote, and Chance Minter has applied for an internship with Boll's crew, after apologizing for his harsh criticism saying Boll's movies really weren't as bad as he had claimed. Although the event won't change their opinions of his movies, Boll's opponents all had something positive to say about the director after the fights were over. "Nothing will sway my opinion about 'House of the Dead,' 'Alone in the Dark' and 'BloodRayne.' Nothing. But I knew I would develop some kind of sick, twisted admiration for this guy," said Chris Alexander after the match. Chance Minter, Boll's youngest opponent also had some kind words, "I wasn't a big fan of 'House of The Dead' or 'Alone in the Dark,' but after what he's shown me of 'Seed,' I think it's fantastic". "See what happens when they take a blow to the head?" said Boll. "They like my movies." The unique match originally began as an internet challenge from Boll to his many critics, and made massive amounts of press all over the world.
