No. These aren?t the pants from the recent movie, they?re real pants (brand new men's Levis Silvertab jeans, size 33/30, to be exact), and they?re doing their traveling by being bought and sold on eBay, and having each respective owner take them on a trip. At the moment, they?re in the possession of GoldenPalace.com, who purchased them for $1,010.00 from the previous owner in Green Bay, WI. And this is apparently the 3rd auction of these particular pants; the original owner having gotten the idea from looking at the stars one night. Originating in Canton OH, the pants were originally sold on eBay in June of 2005, where they ended up in Lafayette, LA, and in July were sold again. That?s where we come in. Once these pants made it to Green Bay, they really started to travel! Before being bought by GoldenPalace.com, the pants visited Harley Davidson in Appleton WI, and went on a WWII submarine too! They?ve seen the world?s largest grandfather clock in Algoma WI and went to ?..the world famous Doc's Harley Davidson in Shawano, WI?, where Doc himself autographed a T-shirt, that the winning bidder received as a special gift. But wait! There?s more! The pants also visited Lambeau Field in Green Bay, where they were introduced to the famous "Curly" Lambeau and Vince Lombardi statues in front of the stadium. They?ve also been featured on several websites and radio shows during their lifetime. Now that these one-of-a-kind pants are in the hands of GoldenPalace.com, who knows where they might go? The online casino has a habit of showing up in various parts of the world at interesting events? sometimes not even wearing any pants! Maybe the pants will run with the bulls next year, as Dennis Rodman did this summer in Pamplona, Spain. Or maybe Alain Robert might wear them on another daredevil free-climbing stunt!
